Working Student Compensation and Benefits (m/f/d)

Your role and responsibilities

• Support the Compensation & Benefits team in daily operations and administrative tasks


• Actively contribute to strategic projects in the areas of Compensation & Benefits and HR digitalization


• Contribute to the further development and optimization of compensation and benefits structures


• Support SAP SuccessFactors activities, particularly data maintenance and initiatives to improve data quality in compensation-related topics


• Assist in job evaluation, salary review, and bonus planning processes


• Conduct data analyses and validations using internal and external data sources


• Prepare reports, analyses, and PowerPoint presentations on HR metrics, KPIs, and compensation-related topics in English

Your profile and qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study


• Initial practical experience in HR, analytics, controlling, or HR systems is an advantage


• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working


• Strong numerical affinity and analytical skills


• High IT affinity and interest in digital HR processes


• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and motivation


• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint


• Initial knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or R is desirable, as well as a general interest in HR systems


• Very good English skills
