- Together with the Sales team, you contribute to supporting existing customers and partners across the defence, security, and aerospace industries.
- Through research on markets, target groups, and potential business partners, you help identify new business opportunities.
- Maintaining customer data and sales activities in Salesforce and other CRM systems is part of your responsibilities.
- You actively support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and assist with tracking sales activities.
Supporting Sales Campaigns & Lead Generation
- You contribute to the implementation of sales and lead-generation initiatives.
- Sales materials, presentations, and proposal documents are prepared and refined with your support.
- By conducting market and competitor research, you provide valuable insights for business development activities.
- You also assist with reporting, analysis, and the evaluation of sales performance metrics.
- Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Operations teams, you contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects.
- You provide organisational and operational support for customer and partner activities.
- In addition, you gain hands-on experience supporting projects related to DSEI Germany from planning through to realisation.
- You assist with the preparation and delivery of exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- During events, you support customers, partners, and delegations while gaining valuable insight into the exhibition industry.
- You will learn first-hand how sales, business development, and marketing come together to deliver a successful international trade exhibition.
