What you'll bring 

• Student (f/m/d) of Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a related field at a university or university of applied sciences


• Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Computer Science, or Management & Technology


• Computer skills: MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of SharePoint and SAP Work Zone is a plus


• Language skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); German is a plus


• Soft skills: Structured, self-driven, and detail-oriented; team player with a willingness to learn and take ownership


• Other important skills: Interest in or initial experience with AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering


• Working from Walldorf / St. Leon-Rot office is required (once a week)

What you'll build

As a working student, you will support our team in driving customer and partner engagement initiatives across SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data analysis, digital collaboration, AI-driven solution development, and partner ecosystem management while contributing to real business impact.
Your responsibilities may include:

• Create and maintain SAP Discovery Center Missions focused on data migration scenarios for SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign


• Support knowledge management by documenting project outcomes and maintaining information repositories in SharePoint


• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Partner Councils and partner engagement activities


• Contribute to the development and improvement of collaboration platforms using SAP Work Zone and SharePoint


• Support the development and setup of new AI agents for internal and external use cases in the context of ERP migration


• Assist in creating and optimizing prompts for AI applications — both for internal workflows and customer-facing solutions


• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence


• You will be part of an open, collaborative team where you can learn about SAP's cloud ERP portfolio, partner ecosystem, and customer lifecycle management while developing valuable professional skills in a global environment.

Our team is part of SAP's Customer Success organization, focused on enabling digital transformation for small and midsize enterprises through SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign. We work at the intersection of cloud ERP, partner ecosystems, and AI-powered solutions — collaborating with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams across the globe to accelerate adoption and migration journeys.
You will be joining a dynamic, international team where innovation, learning, and direct business impact go hand in hand. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your technical and business skills at one of the world's leading technology companies.
