What you´ll build

In this role, you will support the User Experience Design team of Industries in day-to-day activities to:

• Elevate user experience of products by assisting UX Designers and UX Researchers in their day-to-day tasks and exploring product design first-hand


• Help the team be more effective by creating artefacts for cross-organizational projects and topics to help the team be more effective (learnings, sharepoints etc.)


• Collaborate with a global team, different departments, customers and end users

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences


• Preferred field(s) of study: Art or Design Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design/Engineering or similar


• Preferred computer skills: Figma, Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, other collaboration tools e.g. MURAL, FigJam is a plus


• Language skills: Fluent English and German required (written and spoken)


• Soft skills: Hands-on, reliable, creative, work independently and focused on results


• Solid understanding of the design process and related methodologies: User Research, Usability Testing, and Prototyping in all kinds of fidelities


• Preferred location: Potsdam or Berlin

As Industry UX Team working from within Cloud ERP, we support with our expertise throughout the human-centered design process to build highly differentiating and intelligent industry solutions across various industries such as Lifescience, Agriculture & Commodities, Discrete, Utilities, Energy etc. Since the UX Team is located in Walldorf, the team prefers a hybrid working model (onsite and remote possible).
 
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
