Join us as a Working Student to join our Insight Team. You'll support our ongoing shift toward more AI-supported workflows in how we approach survey and market research analysis.

You will be working in:
English (Fluency required), German is a plus

How you will make an impact:

• Support survey and market research analysis, with a growing focus on AI-assisted methods


• Help evolve existing analytical workflows into AI-supported approaches


• Assist with data preparation, quality checks, and structuring of research outputs


• Collaborate closely with team members on client and internal projects


• Support secondary research across market, competition, and audience topics

Skills you will need to be successful:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. business, marketing, data/statistics, media)


• Analytical mindset and attention to detail


• Some experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and an understanding of how they work


• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint


• Willingness to learn new skills


• First experience in market research is a plus, but not a hard requirement
