Description
As a Working Student, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing support to the largest Forwarders in the industry. This role offers a great chance to learn and grow within a multinational environment, with the potential to make a real impact. You will work closely with our team, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Assist the regional Key Account team in managing relationships with top industry Forwarders
Prepare rate quotations and agreements, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
Create and maintain regular reports for customers and the team, providing valuable insights
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks, contributing to efficient project management
Request ship allocations for customers, collaborating with the team to meet their needs
Develop strong analytical skills and apply them to various tasks
Utilize MS Office efficiently for report creation and data management
Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a full-time degree in Logistics, Shipping or a related field
Previous apprenticeship or work experience in Logistics is an asset
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Open-minded and customer-oriented approach
Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work schedule
Willingness to work 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours during semester breaks
