Here’s what you can look forward to:

As a Working Student (m/f/d) Online Marketing, you are an important interface within our Marketing team and support the development of our digital channels.

You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting the relaunch and continuous optimization of our website with a focus on content administration and CMS maintenance (HubSpot).

In addition, you will assist with online campaigns and reporting, gaining hands-on experience in modern digital marketing.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

• Content Management: You maintain, edit and publish website content (texts, images and pages) in the HubSpot CMS.

• Website Development: You support the website relaunch and contribute to ongoing optimizations and structural improvements.

• Image & Media Editing: You edit, optimize and integrate images and graphics for web and campaign usage.

• CMS Administration: You manage page structures, modules and content elements within the CMS.

• Quality Assurance: You ensure the correct display, consistency and overall quality of website content.

• Campaign & Reporting Support: You assist with online marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, social media) and create simple reports and analyses.

What helps you to fulfill this role:

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration or a comparable field.

• CMS Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of CMS systems, ideally with first experience in HubSpot.

• Digital Affinity: You are confident in working with digital media and online platforms.

• Image Editing Skills: You have experience or strong interest in image editing (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom or similar tools).

• Language: You are fluent in German and English, written spoken
