Working Student (m/f/d) Revenue Steering

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our international team as a Working Student in Revenue Steering. In this role you will play a crucial part in improving our commercial strategies and internal communication.  

• Help develop a project management governance process for the department (Scrum/Kanban or other similar tools) 
• Create management-ready PowerPoint presentations translating data into clear KPIs, insights, and key messages 
• Independently extract and compile data from Qlik (e.g., QlikView) based on briefing requirements 
• Prepare and structure datasets in Excel (cleaning, pivots, charts) to ensure accuracy and consistency 
• Build and maintain campaign tracking and adoption reports, monitoring basic KPIs 
• Maintain and update recurring reporting decks; ensure adherence to corporate templates and visual standards 
• MS Teams & SharePoint administration: announcements, file management, and internal meeting coordination 
• Translate data and insights into clear, actionable messages for internal campaigns 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data/Analytics, Business, Marketing or related fields with with availability of approximately 12 months
• Strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charting) and PowerPoint skills (thinkcell) ideally with a structured, executive-style storytelling approach 
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., QlikView/Qlik Sense, Power BI) is a plus; fluent English (German a plus)
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently with deadlines 
• Hands-on, structured and reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
