Description
We invite ambitious students to join our dynamic Sales Excellence team, currently undergoing an exciting growth phase and a critical BI migration project. As a Working Student, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition to QlikSense and enhancing our data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

Assist with the migration of the Sales Performance report from QlikView to QlikSense, focusing on data integrity
Prepare, validate, and design dashboards for efficient data visualization and reporting
Maintain and quality-check SDM processes, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create tables/presentations to support decision-making
Collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to understand their data requirements and provide timely solutions
Stay updated on BI tools and techniques, suggesting improvements for enhanced efficiency and ensure data security and confidentiality, adhering to company policies
Provide regular updates on migration and analysis progress to the team and engage in knowledge sharing
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Qualifications

Enrolled in a relevant field of a full-time study program, such as Business, Data Science, or Information Systems
Hands-on experience or a strong interest in BI tools, particularly QlikView and QlikSense, is preferred
Analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights
A structured and organized approach to work, ensuring attention to detail, as well as a proactive and independent work ethic, taking initiative to drive projects forward
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data manipulation and presentation
Basic understanding of SQL or similar database querying languages is advantageous
Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to contribute to team success, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing project dynamics and a willingness to learn
