YOUR TASKS

• Assist with regular reporting in purchasing controlling


• Further development and optimization of existing management reports, including those based on ThinkCell templates


• Analysis and presentation of cost trends and inflation surcharges


• Collaboration on the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards


• Design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint and intranet pages, including page structure (Support from the ground up)


• Handling administrative tasks in SharePoint, particularly regarding permissions, authentication, and authorization


• Structured management and maintenance of documents and content


• Supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks


• Creating, revising, and preparing PowerPoint presentations for management

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field


• Excellent written and spoken English skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)


• Quick learner, analytical thinking, and a meticulous work style; enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new subject areas
