CAM Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks with us:

Panel drawings and specifications: Check and prepare them for the production process
Customer coordination: Be the technical interface to our customers - by phone and in writing. Solve technical issues and clarify requirements
Data management: Keep article data up to date and manage input & output
Teamwork: Work closely with inside sales and quality departments and actively contribute to improvement projects
Supplier coordination: Collaborate with our international partners in China, Taiwan and Europe
Complaint management: Support the clarification and resolution of complaintsYou have:

Completed training in an electrical engineering profession, ideally as a technician in the field of electronics or electrical engineering
Desirable: Knowledge of a CAM program (e.g. CAM-Master, CAM350, Genesis)
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
A high degree of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team, and flexibility
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
Good IT user skills (MS Office)
