Ihre Aufgaben

• Betreuung und Beratung eines definierten Mitarbeiterkreises in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• Unterstützung bei der betrieblichen Ausbildung sowie bei Organisation und Durchführung von Personalmarketingaktivitäten
• Ansprechpartner für die Zeiterfassung und aktive Mitarbeit an deren Weiterentwicklung
• Übernahme von Projekten im Personalbereich sowie Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
• Weiterentwicklung des Betrieblichen Gesundheitswesens am Standort Haan
• Mitwirkung bei Prozessen im Rahmen des Performance- und Talentmanagements sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen
• Begleitung von Onboarding-Prozessen für neue Mitarbeitende
• Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben, z. B. Reporting von HR-Kennzahlen, Aufbereitung von Daten, Vertrags- und Bewerbermanagement

Minimum Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal, oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (ggf. ergänzt durch ein Traineeprogramm im HR-Bereich)
• Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Bevorzugte Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung und Zeiterfassung
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem HR-System Workday
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung und im Aufbau von HR-Strukturen
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu begleiten
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und pragmatische Herangehensweise
