Arbeitsbeschreibung - Specialist Support & Complaint Management - Medical Biotech (m/w/d)

Full-time / Part-time (35h/week) | In Dresden | >20% Travel activity

Then you are exactly the one we are looking for!
  • Customer Support
    • Provide expert advice and technical support to customers regarding the use of our testing services and equipment
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with R&D, laboratory, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
  • Complaint Management
    • Coordinate replacement deliveries and recalls with stakeholders
    • Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints in close collaboration with internal teams to identify root causes of problems and implement corrective actions
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop a deep understanding of the company's fluidlab technology and its applications
    • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with testing procedures, equipment, or data analysis
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Compile reports on recurring issues, customer feedback, and areas for service improvement, and share with relevant departments
    • Develop and update customer-oriented documentation such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and support manuals
  • Bachelor's degree in Biosciences, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or a related field; advanced academic degrees (e.g., Master's, Diploma) are advantageous
  • Several years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas, preferably in the Life Science or In-vitro Diagnostics industry:
    • Technical support
    • Product management
    • Product development
  • Willingness to travel >20% of the time
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive demeanor
  • Ability for analytical and critical thinking, even under pressure
