Arbeitsbeschreibung - Verkäufer (m/w/d)

Do you enjoy working with people, always have a smile on your face and keep a cool head when there is a long queue?
Then join our friendly team, where everyone‘s commitment counts! Through your work, you will help shape our customer service culture daily. You will advise our customers on our organic certified baked products, make delicious speciality coffee and contribute significantly to ensuring that all customer service processes run smoothly.

Providing expert advice and the selling of our products
Preparation of speciality coffee
Operating our cash register system
Ensuring an appealing presentation of our products
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Some experience in customer service or as waiting staff
Ideally experience in using a professional espresso machine
Passion and love for the baking handwork
Strong customer service orientation
Good communication skills in German and ideally English
A thorough and independent way of working
Awareness of order and cleanliness
A good team player and enjoy working in a team
