Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudent HR & People & Culture (w/m/d)

Supporting our recruiters in talent search (Xing and LinkedIn) and applicant management as well as coordinating and conducting interviews
Create personnel documents and maintain our digital personnel files (Personio)
Support our of the managing director in various phases from recruiting and onboarding, employee support and administrative tasks to offboarding
Support of the team in the operative daily business as well as cooperation in strategic HR projects
Cross-functional project work on behalf of the team
Preparation of projects, requests, and meetings

Studies in economics or social sciences, business administration or a comparable field or training, ideally with a focus on human resources, human resources management, or the like
You have 20 hours per week
Highly motivated team player, assertive and diplomatic, goal-oriented and self-reliant
You are enthusiastic about the energy transition and climate protection
You bring commitment, creativity, and a high degree of self-organization and willingness to learn CRM (HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) you can use with good knowledge
Very well-written and spoken German and English skills
