Job Description

Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into clear user stories.
Take part in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and refinement sessions.
Produce functional specifications, workflows, business rules, and data-mapping documents.
Support UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, running test cases, and logging defects.
Help manage and update the product backlog, tracking dependencies and priorities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines within investment and insurance products.

The Successful Applicant

1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking, insurance, or investment-related fields.
Basic to intermediate understanding of mutual funds, bonds, equities, and insurance offerings.
Skilled in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile project documentation.
Familiar with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Strong analytical mindset with eagerness to pick up domain knowledge.
Effective communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders in agile teams.
Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or SQL is advantageous.
