Job Description

Support the delivery of health and claims-related solutions integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications
Liaise closely with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet business requirements
Plan, coordinate, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking
Lead and support testing activities by coordinating with testing teams and business users to validate system functionality and performance
Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and provide timely escalation and resolution support
Assist in process improvement initiatives related to claims and health operations to enhance efficiency and service quality
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project governance standards throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with solid BA skillset, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and testing coordination
Previous experience in insurance and/or financial services industry is a must
Familiar with system implementation lifecycle and experienced in managing UAT activities, including reviewing test plans and test results
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Prior exposure to health or claims-related projects or domain knowledge is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
