Job Description - Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors - Multiple Headcounts/Large-scale/Long-term/Attractive Package

We are seeking multiple experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultants (Business Analyst/Functional Lead/Solution Architect) to join a major, multi-phase transformation program for a leading enterprise. You will play a critical role in implementing a HR digital core across the Hong Kong and Mainland China regions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with different internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements from key users.
Translate business needs into effective SAP SuccessFactors solution designs and configurations.
Enforce design standards, quality gates, and solution governance to mitigate risk across the large-scale implementation.
Support all project lifecycle activities, from blueprinting and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Work closely with the functional lead and PMO to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Requirements

5+ years of working experience in IT projects and business analyst
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors: Deep, hands-on experience with relevant SuccessFactors module(s) (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, etc.)
Large-Scale Implementation Experience: Demonstrable experience with full-lifecycle, large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring the ability to handle project complexity and governance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly preferred.
