Job Description - Business Analyst - SuccessFactors/Large-scale/Attractive Package

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Functional Consultant with SAP SuccessFactors experience to support a SAP SuccessFactors revamp project. The role will focus on supporting key SuccessFactors module and contributing across solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Hong Kong entities.
This position is suitable for candidates who have worked on large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations and are comfortable operating in a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support workstream delivery and functional solution design for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Gather business requirements, perform functional analysis, handle system configuration, and produce documentation.
Engage in the full project lifecycle, including:
Solution design
System and user acceptance testing (UAT)
End-user training
Cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare
Assist with system integrations, test coordination, and change management activities.
Drive continuous improvement and promote SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
Collaborate closely with technical leads and business stakeholders.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors.
Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors module.
Solid experience supporting large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations .
Strong functional understanding of HR business processes .
Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
English - required (English-only candidates are acceptable); Cantonese and/or Mandarin - preferred
