Our client is on of the top-tier global financial institution, ranked 14th worldwide by total assets, delivering comprehensive banking solutions to corporate and institutional clients across international markets. They are currently looking for a Clearing and Deposit Officer to handle clearing and deposit transaction, and comply with compliance regulation.

Job Description

Processing clearing and deposits transactions efficiently and accurately.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural guidelines.
Monitoring and resolving discrepancies in financial transactions.
Preparing and maintaining accurate transaction records and reports.
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth banking operations.
Assisting in system updates and process improvements within the banking department.
Providing support for internal and external audits related to clearing and deposits.
Addressing client inquiries regarding clearing and deposit services in a professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
At least 5 years of working experience in clearing and deposit field
Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
Work collaboratively with team member
Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
