Job Description - Client Documentation Officer - International Private Bank

Project based with focus in AML/ documentation checking
Good exposure in private banking field

About Our Client

Our client is one of the well known international private bank and the department is currently looking for a Client Documentation Officer to handle client documentation checking, BAU in client onboarding check, BAU, automation and UAT for private banking clients.

Job Description

Reviewing and verifying client documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintaining and updating records in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
Ensuring all client files are complete and meet the standards of the financial services industry.
Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is collected and filed appropriately.
Collaborating with internal teams to address discrepancies or missing information in client documentation.
Supporting audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and information.
Keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes and implementing them in the documentation process.
Providing administrative support to the banking and financial services department as required.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
at least 4 years of working experience under client onboarding or relevant field within banking industry
Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
Work collaboratively with team member
Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
