Job Description

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to confirm attendance and manage end-to-end event logistics.
Manage all conference-related communications, including invitations, email correspondence, and stakeholder updates.
Respond promptly to enquiries and proactively follow up to ensure smooth coordination across all parties.
Maintain and update event data accurately within internal systems on a regular basis.
Support the Marketing team by coordinating with speakers and collecting presentation materials in a timely manner.
Monitor key timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of important deadlines and deliverables.
Travel within the APAC region as required to support onsite event execution.
Assist with onsite event setup and provide professional front-of-house support during registration and conference activities.
Prepare post-event reports and summaries, contributing to continuous improvement of future events.
