Job Description - Contract Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (Claims Transformation)

Key Job Duties

Conduct detailed business analysis to gather and document stakeholder requirements for claims-related initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear requirements to support solution design and end-to-end claims processing journeys.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including system design, specifications, test cases, and operational documents.
Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support rollout of new solutions or enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within claims projects; Individual Life & Health claims experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently.
Experience working with project management and requirement tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
Exposure to data analysis or visualisation tools; knowledge of AI or machine learning is an advantage.
