Job Description - Customer Service Officer, Financial Institution, up to 28k

Key responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage multi-channel enquiries, support stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and ensure service excellence.

  • Manage day-to-day inbound enquiries and requests received via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Provide accurate, timely, and customer-centric responses to stakeholders
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries and interactions to support reporting, tracking, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate workflow efficiency and ensure timely delivery of assigned responsibilities
  • Support ad-hoc assignments

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring customer service experience, trilingual fluency, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

  • Experience in customer service or client servicing roles, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle enquiries and complaints professionally and tactfully
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
