Job Description - Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Translate business questions into clear analytical solutions
Analyse and interpret data to deliver actionable insights
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs
Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, including senior leaders
Partner with business teams to support strategic decision-making

Essential Requirements

Strong foundation in data science, analytics, statistics, or actuarial studies
Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience using VBA/macros
Exposure to BI tools and data authoring/reporting
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and apply analytical thinking
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
