Job Description - E-Learning Designer, 1 year contract

Your new role
  • Design and develop engaging e-learning courseware and digital learning materials
  • Ensure all learning content aligns with instructional design principles, learning objectives, and organisational goals
  • Create promotional and marketing materials such as videos, posters, and other digital assets to support learning initiatives
  • Manage and update content across internal digital promotion platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective and impactful learning solutions
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required


What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in digital learning design, e-learning development, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in creating multimedia content (e.g., videos, interactive modules)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and user experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
