Job Description - Events Support Analyst, Investment Bank

Key responsibilities:

Provide support to a range of event projects across APAC, including mainland China, as well as contributing to global CSR initiatives.
Overseeing and supporting charitable projects, managing end-to-end logistics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including event coordination, merchandise distribution, transportation, marketing activities, and communications),
Monitoring project budgets, and assisting with program evaluation through data collection, analysis, and reporting at the end of each cycle.

Candidate profile:

Prior experience in event management, ideally within banking, financial services, or a large corporate environment.
Native-level English proficiency; additional Asian language skills are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
