We are seeking a Branch Operations Analyst to join our Hong Kong team, supporting onshore Securities and Banking business in China. This is a chance to work across diverse products, drive operational excellence, and contribute to strategic projects in one of the world's most exciting markets.

Your new role

• Client onboarding and internal account opening for China onshore business.
  
• Trade lifecycle management including capturing, verification, dual booking, and exception resolution.
  
• Reconciliation between onshore and offshore systems, ensuring accuracy and risk control.
  
• Regulatory reporting and process mapping to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  
• Project participation including system testing and regional/global initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve trade-related queries and enhance operational processes.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Education: University degree with 3+ years of Operations experience.
  
• Industry background: Prior exposure to global investment banking operations is a plus.
  
• Skills: Strong product knowledge (Equity, Fixed Income), risk awareness, and operational expertise.
  
• Communication: Excellent English and Mandarin, with the ability to work across functions and locations.
  
• Personal qualities: Integrity, detail orientation, and commitment to high standards.
