Your new role

• Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities with precision and insight.
  
• Build sophisticated financial models and craft compelling investment memoranda for committees, co-investors, and financing partners.
  
• Participate in management meetings, due diligence, and transaction execution from start to closing.
  
• Monitor portfolio performance, support value creation strategies, and assist with exit planning.
  
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and field studies to inform investment decisions.
  
• Coordinate with external advisors across financial, legal, tax, and technical domains.
  
• Prepare materials for investment committees and contribute to ongoing portfolio reporting.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency.
  
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or advisory firms. Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
  
• Strong corporate finance and financial modeling skills, with hands-on deal exposure.
  
• Professional qualifications (CFA, ACA) or a Master's degree are a plus.
