My client is a global provider of integrated post-trade services, specializing in the clearing and processing of securities and derivatives for institutional clients and professional trading firms. It handles tens of millions of trades each day across a broad network of exchanges, trading venues, and foreign-exchange liquidity centers worldwide.

Job Description

Support the HR Manager in delivering key HR projects with effective and timely execution.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and contribute to various diversity and inclusion programs.
Participate in recruitment processes and manage on-boarding and off-boarding administrative arrangements.
Assist with reviewing and updating HR procedures, guidelines, and local policy documentation.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files in compliance with internal requirements.
Provide high-quality employee support by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Assist with additional HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as required by the business.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of relevant experience; banking industry background considered advantageous.
Demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Strong analytical capabilities supported by university-level academic qualifications.
Collaborative team player who works independently with limited supervision.
Highly detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
Confident engaging and working with internal and external stakeholders.
