Job Description - HRBP, HR Senior Manager, Asset Management Firm

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Support regional transformation, restructuring, and integration projects.
Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR policies.
Lead and coordinate annual HR processes, including performance reviews and compensation cycles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, tax administration, HR systems, and employee data management.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business and people decisions.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
10+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within financial services, asset management, banking, or a related industry.
Proven experience supporting transformation projects
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
