Job Description - IT Business Analyst - (In-house)

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to contribute to the ongoing support, enhancement, and delivery of our CRM platform and its connected systems for one of our most sizeable in-house clients.

Your new role

Provide operational support for the CRM system, including monitoring issues, coordinating incident resolution, and ensuring minimal disruption to business users
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document business needs for system enhancements and process improvements
Assist in managing system integrations between CRM and other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process consistency
Organise and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including drafting test scenarios, coordinating users, and tracking testing outcomes
Act as a communication point between business teams, IT, and external vendors to facilitate system changes, issue resolution, and enhancements
Support release management activities, including deployment coordination and post-implementation verification
Maintain up-to-date system documentation such as workflows, user manuals, and requirement documents

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or application/system support
Practical experience supporting enterprise applications; familiarity with CRM platforms is a strong advantage
Understanding of system integration fundamentals and end-to-end business workflows
Exposure to UAT coordination and vendor collaboration is preferred
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira is beneficial
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
