Job Description - IT Support Officer (1-year contract)

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage user identities and access rights across multiple systems and applications
Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure adherence to security policies and standards
Perform regular access reviews to ensure compliance with governance requirements
Respond to security incidents and access-related issues in a timely manner
Support and maintain IAM procedures to ensure stable daily operations
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of IAM technologies and frameworks
Communicate with business users to understand access requirements and provide appropriate support

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related support functions
Practical experience in user onboarding/offboarding and access lifecycle management
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and controls
Experience in the banking or insurance industry is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills, including interaction with business users
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills (including good written English)
Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Active Directory (AD), ServiceNow ticket System
