Job Description - IT Team Lead (End-User Computing) - Global MNC

We are seeking a talented End-User Computing (EUC) Team Leader who combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning to deliver digital workplace solutions for one of our Well-Known Global in-house clients.

Your new role

Lead, mentor, and manage the EUC team, including resource planning, performance management, and capability development
Define and execute the IT End-user Computing strategy, standards, and roadmap aligned with regional and global IT objectives
Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business outcomes are achieved
Manage external vendors and service providers, including contract governance, service performance, and escalation handling
Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform
Support and enable AI tools and platforms for end users and developers, including AI Foundry, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and similar technologies
Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI), and internal IT controls

What you'll need to succeed

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Desktop/Server environments, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, MDE, Teams, and SharePoint Online
Proven track record in leading or mentoring technical teams
Solid scripting and automation experience using PowerShell; familiarity with Graph API and Power Platform is highly desirable
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business and IT functions
Experience supporting regional or multi-site environments is preferred.
Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with leadership responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in IT service management, vendor governance, and project delivery
