Job Description - Junior IT Support (Fresh Graduate is Welcomed)

Your Company

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to develop hands-on technical skills while providing day-to-day support for one of our most sizeable firms.

Your new role
  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported incidents via ticketing systems, email, or in person
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Assist with user account management, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary


What you'll need to succeed
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
