Job Description

As a Senior UAT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive UAT plans to ensure project success.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define testing requirements and objectives.
Managing UAT schedules, ensuring timely completion of testing phases.
Identifying and resolving issues or defects during the testing process.
Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, results, and reports.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication.
Providing leadership and guidance to UAT team members.
Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards during testing procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior UAT Manager should have:

A degree in technology, business, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing user acceptance testing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with financial services operations and technology.
