Job Description - Personal Assistant

Your new role
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and documentation
  • Support departmental operations and resource planning
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new colleagues
  • Handle procurement processes, including vendor sourcing and purchase requests
  • Special Quotation & Administrative Tasks


What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative or PA roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive and can-do attitude
