Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Dashboard Delivery: Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Data Modelling & Engineering: Build scalable, optimized data models and write efficient SQL queries and complex DAX formulas to support business reporting needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical data and business users, gathering requirements and translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, maintain, and optimise existing reports and underlying data structures to ensure high performance and data accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineering and business teams to align reporting structures with broader enterprise data initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in data modelling, DAX, and writing/optimising SQL queries.
• Delivery: Proven track record of managing the end-to-end delivery of business-facing dashboards.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and manage stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

• Industry Background: Prior experience working within the Retail or Luxury sectors.
• Modern Data Stack: Familiarity or hands-on knowledge with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Availability: Candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period will be highly prioritised.
