About Our Client

Our client is a well-known established US investment bank that provides wealth and investment services for more than 400 years of history in over 40 countries. They are currently looking for a Prime Brokerage Support Analyst to be responsible for prime brokerage trade management cycle, focus in cash/ fixed income/ equity/ swap allocation.

Job Description
  • Manage daily client-related functions, including trade allocations, amendments, client queries, and reporting, ensuring adherence to specified timelines.
  • Proactively drive process efficiency improvements through thorough root cause analysis.
  • Leverage daily client interactions to build strong relationships and identify Straight-Through Processing (STP) opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and various operational teams to effectively address client needs.
  • Engage in STP initiatives and contribute to system enhancements.
  • Work closely with team leads and managers to strengthen and maintain operational controls.
  • Identify and escalate risk items to management promptly.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • 1-2 years of working experience under prime brokerage trade management within banking industry
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Strong excel skills - VBA or Macro experience
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
