Job Description - Private Equity, Analyst | China Market | Top Investment Bank

Your new company
Your new company is a top investment bank with businesses across the globe.

Your new role
  • Develop financial models and prepare materials for internal decision-making and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities through financial and commercial analysis, supporting the team in identifying attractive deals
  • Support due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors across various workstreams
  • Assist in managing investments by tracking portfolio performance and contributing to strategic initiatives and exit planning
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to provide insights that inform investment strategies
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects


What you'll need to succeed

  • Native Mandarin and fluent English

  • Outstanding educational background, Business / Finance related bachelor's degree holder at a top university
  • Hands-on deal experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Bank
  • Fresh graduates with related internships are also welcomed
