Job Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage business and system implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, legal, and compliance to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure delivery objectives are met.
Drive process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary.
Support project prioritization and resource planning across multiple initiatives.
Conduct change management activities and ensure business readiness for new processes and systems.
Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

Degree holder with at least 8 years of banking experience.
Proven project management experience within retail, commercial, or corporate banking environments.
Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and customer processes.
Experience in areas such as lending, payments, wealth management, digital banking, or customer lifecycle management is advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
