Project Specialist

We are seeking a Project Specialist to support the delivery of digital workplace and technology initiatives across the organization. This role involves coordinating project activities, working with different teams, and ensuring smooth implementation of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are on track
• Prepare project updates, maintain documentation, and assist in risk and issue tracking
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Provide basic technical input and support during project discussions and planning
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of digital workplace solutions (e.g. collaboration tools, end-user technologies)
• Act as a point of contact to communicate project progress, key updates, and potential risks

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing projects, timelines, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory / Azure AD, Intune, MDM solutions, and Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of network and server infrastructure fundamentals.
• Familiarity with unified communications and meeting room technologies (Teams, Zoom), with MS Teams Rooms considered a plus.
• Awareness of digital security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred

• Experience in international banking or insurance environments.
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls).
• Experience with Digital Workplace transformation initiatives.
