Job Description - Regional Business Manager (12 Months Contract)

Your new role

Vendor management: Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, track compliance, and manage relationships with external partners.
Business support: Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and presentation materials for senior management.
Operational efficiency: Organize meetings, maintain dashboards, and streamline processes across teams.
Service delivery: Act as the key liaison for staffing vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience: 8+ years in business management or operations, ideally in financial services or MNCs.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation design.
Tech savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with generative AI tools.
Languages: Fluency in English plus Cantonese/Mandarin.
Mindset: Independent, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
