About Our Client

Our client is on of the top-tier global financial institution, ranked 14th worldwide by total assets, delivering comprehensive banking solutions to corporate and institutional clients across international markets. They are currently looking for a Remittance Associate Officer to handle inward/ outward remittance and reconciliation for payment operation.

Job Description

Processing and verifying remittance transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring and reconciling daily remittance operations.
Providing support to clients and resolving queries related to remittance services.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks in remittance processes.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Continuously improving operational procedures to enhance service quality.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
At least 8 years of working experience in remittance field
Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
Work collaboratively with team member
Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
