Senior Business Analyst - AI/LLMs

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to drive cutting-edge digital projects. You will connect business goals with tech execution, spearheading initiatives in advanced AI, machine learning models, intelligent automation, and analytics platforms to streamline processes and elevate performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycles for AI-driven tools, data reporting systems, and digital enhancements, from planning and requirements elicitation to rollout, testing, and optimization.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and use case development to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Partner with business leaders, IT groups, and external collaborators to align deliverables with strategic priorities, translating needs into functional specifications.
• Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements via process mapping, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing.
• Assess solution effectiveness, pinpoint enhancements, and push for ongoing refinements through performance metrics and feedback loops.
• Prepare detailed project records and explore industry trends in AI, data strategies, and innovative tools.

Requirement

• Bachelor's or higher in business, tech, or related STEM fields.
• At least 5 years in consulting, analysis, or project leadership, ideally in finance or insurance.
• Experience tackling complex transformations with digital/AI tech in banking/insurance settings.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, project execution skills, and comfort in cross-functional teams.
• Top-notch communication, analytical abilities, and proactive mindset with minimal oversight.
• Hands-on knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompting techniques, and data tools.
