Work you'll do

• Model Development: Design, train, and optimize generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers) to create high-quality content.


• Application Integration: Integrate generative AI models into existing applications and systems, ensuring seamless and efficient performance.


• Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training and testing generative models.


• Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of models to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.


• Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts to guide generative models in producing specific and high-quality outputs, ensuring the generated content aligns with business requirements.


• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to align AI solutions with business goals.


• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of model development, testing, and deployment processes.


• Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and incorporate new techniques and tools into projects.

We are looking for someone with

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.


• Experience: 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.


• Technical Skills:
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  
  
  • Strong understanding of generative models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformers.
  
  
  • Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
  
  
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  
  
  • Expertise in prompt engineering to guide generative models effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
  
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Certification: Certifications in machine learning or AI (e.g. AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Certified Professional Data Engineer).
  
  
  • Publications: Research publications or contributions to open-source projects in the field of generative AI.
