Job Description

Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to support customer relationship management goals.
Turn big, complex data into smart insights using advanced analytics, predictive models, and AI/ML to tackle risk areas like Fraud, Collections, and Underwriting.
Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth.
Maintaining and optimizing the CRM system to ensure its effective usage across teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Creating detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
Monitoring and improving data quality and accuracy within the CRM platform.
Providing training and support to team members on CRM tools and analytics best practices.
Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and CRM systems.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Data Analyst in 3 years experience; Senior Data Analyst for 5+ years in banking analytics, modeling, and AI/ML.
Strong experience in data mining and insight generation.
Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL/BigQuery, Tableau/QlikSense, and GCP; risk domain knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex ideas for varied audiences.
Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.
Ownership and service orientation to deliver impactful solutions.
