Job Description

Lead end-to-end product design across mobile and digital banking platforms.
Shape global design vision, standards, and experience roadmaps.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Simplify complex financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive user journeys.
Apply customer research, data, and insights to guide and validate design decisions.
Maintain high standards of UX, UI, interaction, and content design across products.
Champion scalable design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design practices.
Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term experience strategy.
Influence stakeholders and raise overall design quality across initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Strong experience designing digital products with measurable business and customer impact.
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design across web and native platforms.
Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, and working with design systems.
Background in complex or regulated environments, ideally financial services.
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Confident working cross-functionally with global teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong UX writing and content design capability in UK English.
Experience mentoring designers and contributing to a high-performance design culture.
