Temporary Specialist, IT

General Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to office users, including Windows and common software issues.


• Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.


• Handle simple hardware issues (keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer).


• Respond to basic IT enquiries and assist users with simple requests.


• Escalate more complex technical issues to external vendors or supervisors.


• Assist with basic user account tasks such as password reset and new staff setup.


• Maintain simple IT asset records and documentation using Excel or Word.


• Provide basic administrative and clerical support related to IT matters.


• Help maintain smooth daily IT operations in the office environment.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• 1–2 years of IT support or related working experience preferred.


• Diploma / Certificate or above in IT or related discipline, or relevant experience.


• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.


• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for common IT issues.


• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word for documentation.


• Responsible, patient, and detail-minded.


• Good communication skills in Cantonese; basic English reading ability.

Preferred (Optional)

• Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk role.


• Experience in IT asset management or simple documentation.


• Basic written communication skills in English and Chinese.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, 3 days per week
