Our client is a large organization specializing in financial services, known for its innovation and global presence. The company is committed to delivering exceptional digital solutions to its clients in the Central District.

Job Description

Convert business requirements and user needs into intuitive UX/UI designs
Design interfaces for desktop e-Banking, mobile apps, online platforms and WeChat Mini Programs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX/UI flow diagrams for complete customer journeys
Cover both standard user flows and exception or error scenarios
Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and explain design decisions
Deliver detailed, pixel-perfect design specifications for development teams
Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and Hang Seng brand guidelines
Support product launches with website pages, user guides and App Store visuals
Conduct market and competitor research to suggest UX/UI enhancements
Facilitate UX workshops to shape requirements and customer journeys
Handle ad hoc design tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 3 years' experience in UI/UX or digital product design
Previous banking or financial services experience is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Confident in presenting and explaining design concepts to stakeholders
Proficient in Sketch and Figma for UX/UI design delivery
Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
